Privacy policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run the Sino products, we don't sell it, and we don't run ads. Your content is yours; you can export it or delete it at any time.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), billing information handled by our payment processor, and the content you create in the tools: conversations, saved material, bookings, plans and lists.

Operational data such as device type, approximate region and error logs, used to keep the services working. We do not build advertising profiles.

How it's used

To provide the four products, to move your work between them when you ask, to process payments, and to communicate service matters. Sino AI conversations are used to serve you and are not used to train models.

Sharing

We share data only with processors required to operate the service (hosting, payments, email delivery) under contract, with tutors to the extent needed to deliver a session you booked, or where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion apply across all four products at once from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and completes within 30 days.
