The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Sino products, operated by Sino Group, a division of Bonang Technologies. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
One account covers all four products. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws of your country; younger learners use family-managed accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, harm other users, scrape or resell the services, or attempt to circumvent limits or security. Tutoring sessions must be booked and paid through the platform while an engagement originates here.
Content and AI output
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it to run the services. AI-generated output can be wrong, so verify anything consequential (financial, academic, dietary) before relying on it.
Payments and cancellation
Subscriptions bill monthly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Tutor session fees are held and released on delivery, with refunds per the marketplace policy.
Liability and changes
The services are provided as-is to the extent the law allows; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. We may update these terms with notice, and continued use after notice is acceptance.
